This trek is also ideal for family and over aged slow trekkers to glimpse its natural beauties and experience.

Round trip – Namche Bazaar -Tengbuche - Everest View Point

Everest Panorama Trekking Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu you will be met by our airport representative to pick up you to transfer at hotel and overnight stay in B.B. basis.

Day 02: Full day guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu valley by private transport- Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square after sightseeing back to hotel and overnight stay in B.B. basis.

Day 03: Early in the morning drive to airport and fly to Lukla (2800m). Up on arrival at Lukla have a breakfast and commence the Everest Panorama Trekking up to Phakding (2610m) and after 3 hour easy walking overnight at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3500m) -About 4-5 hour hiking via Dudh Koshi river bank and ascending of Namche Hill you will be reached at remarkable town of Sherpa land Namche Bazaar which is the largest and most prosperous settlement in the Khumbu valley. It is also a historical trading center of the region- foods, salt, clothes and other stuffs are shopped by locals. Late afternoon visit the town and overnight at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 05: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar- Before processing ahead extra day for rest is required to adjust with thin air of high land. Explore around visit early morning to the Everest view point after back from there rest at hotel and afternoon visit Sherpa museum. There you can see the traditional custom of Sherpa people and great photographs of Everest summiteers and overnight at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.).

Day 06: Trek Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3850m) - From Namche Bazaar the trail climbs up and down to Sanasa and the trail descends gradually to Teshinga and then it drops steeply to Phunki Thanga there you will be crossing Dudh Koshi river. After climbing two hour from Phunki Thanga you will reach at Tengboche. Tengboche is a religious place for the Sherpa people of the entire Solukhumbu area. Here you will visit the Tengboche Monastery which is one of the biggest monastery of the region. During the fullmoon in November the monastery celebrates famous Mani Rimdu festival. For your overnight stay there at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 07: Trek to Khumjung Sherpa Village, This is the largest settlement village in the Sherpa land where you will have chance to see real Sherpas’ life style and their cultural activities, The village has also a high school which is funded by Sir Edmund Hillary Foundation and also an old monastery where they have preserved famous Yeti skull. Exploring around and enjoy incredible views of peaks.

Day 08: Trek back to Phakding, the trail again drops to Namche Bazar and have a short tea/coffee stop and continue descending via same route and on the way stop for the lunch break an hour at Jorsale Village.

Day 09: After breakfast from Phakding Village trek back to Lukla via same route again, be refreshed, have a lunch and rest at tea house lodge or afternoon free for personal activities and overnight stay there at teahouse lodge. (B.L.D.)

Day 10: Early in the morning, transfer to airport and fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu, end the trip and transfer to hotel, rest and afternoon free for personal activities.

Day 11: After breakfast transfer to airport for International departure.

Note: B.B - Bed and Breakfast, B.L.D - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The cost includes the following services:

  • Airport transfers - pick up and drop upon arrival and departure 
  • Entry permit to Everest National Park
  • Supporting staffs (trekking guide and porter), as well as their necessary insurance, and accommodation meals allowance and salary
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner -3 meals per day and overnight accommodation in tea house lodge along the trail.
  • Domestic airfare and airport tax round trip (Kathmandu - Lukla – Kathmandu for the trekking )
  • 3- Nights accommodation in Kathmandu in BB basis before and after the trek.
  • City Tours as per above program, inclusive of all entry permits, tour guide and transportation.

Cost does not include:

  • International flight ticket and airport tax
  • Lunch and dinner during the Kathmandu stay
  • Travel / medical insurance and emergency evacuation cost
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, bottled drinks (including cold drinks and mineral/hot water), tips etc.
  • Personal trekking gear for the trip

Trekking Preparation and pre-departure meeting

The trekking trips are simply consider as a non-technical hiking journey for everyone to enjoy superb views of far and remote region of the Himalayan and its hidden cultural activities as well as natural biodiversity. But however some high passes along the trail moderately demanding steep climb up and long day hiking. Our trekking packages are designed on fact basis to acclimatize you gradually and not expected high altitude sickness. So it does not require you any special physical fitness just a sense of adventure and mentally prepared well is enough to enjoy the trekking holiday. We’d like to request you to be flexible with the situation caused by some unexpected circumstances during the journey.

Before going any outdoor trip we would like to request to our guests to be gathered at our office for pre-departure meeting as it is also prime concern to introduce with our team members -Trek Guide, trip staff and discuss about the trip system, timetable and other important matters to make your happy journey successful.

Services we provide for the trek

As the trekking package you have chosen for tea house arrangement, our professional trek guide and porter handle everything. The meals and accommodations will be provided at available tea house lodges along the way. And other necessary arrangements are also provided as mentioned in the package itinerary.

As the trekking package you have chosen for camping arrangement, we provide necessary camping gear, cooking utensils, foods, cook, kitchen staffs and porters.

Things you need to bring for the trip

Personal rucksack or duffel bag, small day pack, good quality trekking boots, stick, water bottle, personal sleeping bag, sun glass, sun cap, sun cream, rain coat, down/Gore-Tex Jacket, down jacket. thermal trousers, gloves, warm socks, shorts, sandals, T-shirts, pullover, flash light, personal toiletries, camera, binoculars, reading and writing materials, medicine recommended by your doctor.

Care of Environment

The care of environment is our prime concern responsibility to protect the wildness resources of Nepal for future generation. We practice and follow minimum impact polices on our every outdoor journey- by using gas or kerosene as a cooking fuel instead of local firewood. Moreover by disposing and cleaning both biodegradable and non-degradable properly from the campsite.
