Round Annapurna trek (20 days)

A complete trek encircles the famous Annapurna massif. The trek offers great variety, from sub-tropical plains in the Himalayan foothills, through the trans-Himalayan, Manang and Mustang region. The trip goes through Thorong-La Pass-5416m between in two valley of Manang and Jomsom, the Kaligandaki valley (probably the deepest gorge in the world) makes this trek an excellent trip in Nepal that has diverse culture and traditional values.
   
Your trekking preparation:  
This trek is considered as a non-technical trek and suitable for average people. If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure will enjoy this trek. The program is designed to acclimatize you gradually and not expected high altitude sickness. However you are requested to check your altitude fitness and the itinerary.
We suggest you to strengthen your knee muscles and prepare for several days of steep descents. Some physical fitness programs such as running, swimming, biking or aerobics is recommended, but mostly hiking on steep hills or running up and down steps are preferable.
Please note that the following program is prepared in the fact basis however can be change in some circumstances but adjustments will have to made during the trekking. We request you to be flexible with the situation to enjoy yourself.
As the trek is designed for camping arrangement, everything is handled by our team of porters, sherpas and cooks who carry the equipment, assemble and dissemble the camp and have hot meals waiting for you at every food break.

Day 02 Trek to Ngadi-880m (5-6 hr)
Day 03 Trek to Jagat-1340m (5-6 hr) 
Day 04 Trek to Dharapani-1940m (6 hr) 
Day 05 Trek to Chame-2650m (5-6 hr)
Day 06 Trek to Pisang-3185m (4-5 hr)
Day 07 Rest at Pisang
Day 08 Trek to Manang Village-3700m (6 hr) 
Day 09 Yak Kharka-4000m (5-6 hr) 
Day 10 Thorong Phedi-4500m (4-5 hr)
Day 11 Trek to Muktinath-3798m crossing over the Thorong-La Pass-5416m
Day 12 Trek to Marpha-2667m (6 hr)
Day 13 Trek to Kalopani-2650m (6 hr) 
Day 14 Trek to Tatopani-1189m (6-7 hr)
Day 15 Trek to Chitre-2390m (6 hr)
Day 16 Trek to Tadapani-2540m (6 hr) 
Day 17 Trek to Ghandrung village-1940 (4 hr)
Day 18 Trek to Pothana-1630 (6 hr)
Day 19 Trek ends at Suikhet Phedi and drive back to Pokhara and overnight at hotel
Day 20 Flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu, trip ends...

The cost includes the following services:
