HIMALAYAN MOUNTAIN BIKE TOUR IN TIBET
The ultimate Biking expedition across the roof of the world - The world longest and deepest bike descent, from the Tibetan Plateau into Nepal High level ride, traveling the road between Lhasa and Kathmandu including 4-days round trip, off-road, to Rongbuk Valley beneath the stunning north face of Mount Everest. Flying in to Lhasa, allowing 4 days for essential acclimatization in the mystical Lhasa and have plenty of time to explore its numerous attractions. The journey overland to Kathmandu, crosses 6 major passes while visiting the spectacular monastery towns of Gyantse, Xigastse and Xegar reaching the edge of the Tibetan Plateau at the Thang La (5220m.), and beginning the longest descent in the world, an almost unbelievable 4600 meters into Nepal.

Day 06: Continue and camp before Karo pass.
Day 07: Karo Pass to Gyangtse. Gyantse 90 kms.

Day 08: Gyangtse to Shigatse. Shigatse 90 kms. Hotel Shigatse.
Day 09: Continue and camp after 75 kms.
Day 10: Continue and camp after Lhatse 95 kms.
Day 11: Continue. Shekar 80 kms. Hotel or Guesthouse.
Day 12: Continue. Pang La Pass. Camp after 65 kms.
Day 13: Continue. Rongbuk. Camp 35 kms.
Day 14: Go to Everest Base Camp. Camp at Rongbuk.
Day 15: Camp before Tingri. 76 kms.
Day 16: Continue and camp after 75 kms.
Day 17: Lalung-Leh Pass. Hotel Nyilamu 117kms.
