The Nepal Experience Tour combines
a wide variety of activities within in a short, 2-week duration.
The trip includes a sightseeing tour to the major points of
interest inside the Kathmandu Valley, an overnight trip to
the hill station of Nagarkot, a 2-day rafting trip on the Trishuli
River, a 2-night stay in the jungles of the Royal Chitwan National
Park, a 2-night stay in the lakeside town of Pokhara and a
5-day trek in the Annapurna trekking region. |

Itinerary: |
Day 01: |
Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel. |
|
|
Day 02: |
Sightseeing tours of Bhaktapur in the Kathmandu Valley.
Continue on to the hill station of Nagarkot for an
overnight stay. |
|
|
Day 03: |
After Himalayan views at sunrise and eating breakfast
in Nagarkot, drive back to the Kathmandu valley for
sightseeing tours of Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu
Durbar Square, Swayambhunath stupa, Boudhanath stupa
and Pashupatinath temple. |

Day 04: |
Drive to Chaurandi for whitewater rafting on the
Trishuli River. After 3-4 hours of rafting, camp will
be set up on the beach. |
|
|
Day 05: |
After breakfast, continue rafting for about 4 hours
and then drive south to Royal Chitwan National Park.
Overnight stay in a hotel inside the park. |
|
|
Day 06: |
Full day of wildlife activities inside the Royal
Chitwan National Park. Jungle safari on elephant-back
or by jeep, river canoeing, jungle walk and cultural
program in the evening. |

|
Day 07: |
Early morning bird watching in the park. After breakfast,
drive to the lake-side town of Pokhara. Boating on
Fewa Lake during the afternoon and overnight stay in
a hotel in Pokhara. |

Day 08: |
Begin 5-day trek in the ACAP trekking region.
Trekking Day 1: Nayapul to Ghandruk at 1990m (4-5 hrs):
The trail starts at the bottom of a river valley and
passes through a lovely birch forest. Trek alongside
the river and rice terraces. |

Day 09: |
Trekking Day 2: Ghandruk to Tadapani at 2710m (4-5
hrs):
Pass through Gurung villages with pleasant views of
Annapurna south, Hinchuli, Machhepuchre and many other
mountains. |
|
|
Day 10: |
Trekking Day 3: Tadapani to Ghorepani at 2750m (5-6
hrs):
After Tadapani, the trail follows through deep pine
and rhododendron forests with some small waterfalls
to Ghorepani. |

|
Day 11: |
Trekking Day 4: Ghorepani to Tirkhedunga at approx.
1500m (4-5 hrs):
Trek starts early around 5am to visit Poon Hill, with
one of the best panorama views of Annapurna range,
Dhaulageri, Nilgiri, MacchaPuchre and Lamjung Himalayan
ranges. After breakfast, hike through deep pine and
rhododendron forests with some small waterfalls. |

Day 12: |
Trekking Day 5: Tirkheunga to Pokhara at 915m (4-5
hrs):
Hike through beautiful villages and along river banks
to Nayapul. From Nayapul, drive for one hour to Pokhara
for an overnight stay in hotel. |

Day 13 |
Morning flight to Kathmandu. The rest of the day
is free for personal activities. |
|
|
Day 14: |
Transfer to the airport for departure flight |

The above Package includes the following
services: |
- Airport transfers and a flight ticket from Pokhara to
Kathmandu.
- Sightseeing tours as per the program with English speaking
tour guides. All site and monument entrance fees are included.

All Transportation during sightseeing
and between tour destinations will be provided in a private
vehicle.

Shared room accommodation with separate
beds. Breakfast is always included.

A 2-day rafting trip on the Trishuli
River including: 3-meals per day to be prepared by our
experienced cook; Full rafting gear (life vests, helmets,
lightweight plastic paddles, camera box and wet suit
for winter season rafting); camping gear (two-person
tents, mattress, kitchen tent and toilet tent); supporting
field staff; and professional rafting guides.

A 2-night stay in Chitwan National
Park including all program activities, accommodation,
3-meals per day and all park entry permits.

A 5-day Pokhara-to-Poon Hill teahouse
trek including 3 meals per day and overnight accommodation
in guesthouses/restaurants along the trail. Entry permits
to Annapurna Conservation Area Project and all supporting
staffs (trekking guide and porters), as well as their
necessary insurance, meals and allowances, will also
be included.
